I agree that as the season went on, Fleury played much better and earned his ice time. He played with more confidence and did not look intimidated no matter who was on the ice. He at times looked shell shocked and overmatched last year. That Fleury disappeared this year.

Agreed, still hard to tell how high his ceiling is IMO but it was a big step in the right direction.

Thanks for blogging. I don't always comment but I do always read. Don't get discouraged with lack of comments. HB has been a desert for Canes fans for a number of years. Basically since Matt Karash gave it up. Stick with it and more Canes fans will come back.

Happy for Fleury. He's been our best defenseman on more than one occasion this year. Great to see him finally get it working and hope he's around for a long time to come.
